By not being tied to any internal workforce, we remain fully independent, we are not constrained by fixed schedules, internal costs or the need to fill an agenda — constraints that could conflict with the owner's interests.

This freedom allows us to adjust the project at any moment, switch contractors if necessary, optimise costs and maintain full flexibility, always in favour of the client and their property.

An independent, stand-alone service

Our Construction services can be commissioned completely independently. They are not tied to our Project Management or Real Estate Family Office divisions.

An owner may therefore entrust us solely with the execution of works, within a neutral, structured and fully technically-driven framework.
