Tamias Group was born from a simple conviction, private real estate deserves a more structured, rigorous and accessible form of support than what is commonly available today. Between institutions that remain distant from the field and traditional practices that can be fragmented or opaque, we chose to create a different approach. One that unites technical expertise, patrimonial strategy and a genuine understanding of buildings, all within a long-term perspective.
Our name, Tamias, comes from the Greek ταμίας, meaning "the steward, the guardian of the estate." This notion reflects our role with precision: watching over buildings, understanding them, protecting them and guiding their evolution over time. Such responsibility requires prudence, rigor and a strong sense of continuity.
